Homeowners Association Insurance and Risk Assessment – The Condo Coaches

The insurance and risk assessment of your community in Florida is one of the most important factors in making sure your amenities and/or condo building is prepared for the weather and climate challenges in the state.

Our guest coach is Gregg Ruggiero, an insurance professional in the Tampa Bay area who helps us explain what you need to know about properly insuring your community and your Board of Directors in Florida.

The Condo Coaches is hosted by a team of volunteers across the State of Florida with legal, educational, and informational resources that assist board members and residents living under a condominium or homeowner’s association. The goal of the program is to help associations run effectively, efficiently, and on budget while helping residents who live in these communities address common concerns and resolve any issues with the Board of Directors. Each week The Condo Coaches offer helpful tips and advice on everyday problems, electing volunteer board members and learning the do’s and don’ts of living in a community association.
